In India children's day celebrated on 14 th November because children's day marks the birth of Jawahar lal Nehru ,he famously known as chacha Nehru .
We know that Jawaharlal Nehru was a huge fond of children and hence we celebrate his birthday as Children's day.
Before 1964 in India Children's day celebrate on November 20th . But after the death of Jawaharlal Nehru in 1964 ,it was unanimously decided to celebrate his birthday as Children's day in India.
